Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- A $20 deposit will be required to secure all appointments, which will go towards the service fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
- If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment begins. Rescheduling on short notice will require an additional deposit to rebook.
- No call / No shows will NOT be rebooked.
- Eyelash extension clients must arrive with a clean face, free of makeup and/or eye products. Any residue will be subject to cleaning fees.
- For eyelash fills, at least 40% of lashes must be intact. Anything less will be charged accordingly.
Terms and Conditions
Upon scheduling an appointment via personal, telephone, or text messages, the client agrees to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
- Acknowledgment of Risks: The client understands that the services provided by PDX Nails, which may include, but are not limited to, eyelash extensions, manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, waxing, and other related services, may carry certain risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, skin irritation, allergic reactions to materials used, discomfort or sensitivity during and after the procedure, temporary or permanent damage to natural nails or eyelashes, and the possibility of infection.
- Health and Allergies: The client is responsible for informing the technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect their ability to receive services safely. The client understands that they should disclose any relevant health information to ensure their well-being.
- Aftercare Instructions: The client agrees to follow the aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize risks, particularly for eyelash extensions. These instructions include keeping the eyes dry for the first 24 hours, avoiding oil-based products, excessive rubbing or touching of the eyes, refraining from applying mascara, and making a habit of gently brushing and cleaning the lashes daily.
- Removal: The client understands that improper removal of nails or eyelash extensions can potentially cause damage to their natural nails or lashes, which may necessitate professional assistance for resolution.
- Discounts and Offers: Gift and discount coupons are non-exchangeable for cash. Discount coupons cannot be combined with other offers. Only one discount coupon can be redeemed per customer per treatment. Offers are valid for the specified duration and/or while stocks last.
- Refund Policy: The client acknowledges that all sales are final with no refunds. However, a 72-hour grace period will be provided for resolving any issues at no additional charge. Please note that this complimentary service covers damage repair only and does not include enhancements or alterations to the style.
- Proper Conduct: Clients are expected to adhere to commonly accepted standards of behavior. If a client persists in displaying inappropriate behavior despite repeated warnings, PDX Nails reserves the right to deny them access to the salon for justifiable reasons.
- Liability: The client agrees to release, waive, and discharge PDX Nails, its employees, owners, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action associated with the services provided by PDX Nails. Furthermore, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PDX Nails, its employees, owners, agents, and representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses, including legal fees and costs, arising from or related to their participation in the services provided by PDX Nails. PDX Nails shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought by the client to the salon.
